During our stay at Altira Macau, we were blown away by the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One evening, we accidentally dropped our phone into the pool. Despite the late hour, a staff member went out to town to buy silica gel to help us dry out the device. This level of dedication truly impressed us. Additionally, the spa at the hotel was one of the best we've experienced, with a spacious couples room and special amenities like a combined vichy/steam shower. The food options were also outstanding, with the Ying Restaurant offering high-quality dishes. The breathtaking view from our room, overlooking Macau island and the bridge connecting the islands, was an unforgettable highlight. we highly recommend Altira Macau for its exceptional service, stunning views, and top-notch amenities.

This hotel is located in a quiet suburb with limited shuttle service, making it far from the other attractions in Macau. However, the rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, with amenities like a tub and bath salts. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay special, such as preparing decorations and a birthday cake for special occasions. The hotel offers a complimentary mini-bar and the spa facilities are mesmerizing.
The hotel's location makes it inconvenient to explore other attractions without taking a taxi or transferring shuttle buses.

The service at this hotel is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities was outstanding, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the airport and the old Macau area, as well as great restaurants in Taipa. The hotel provided convenient transportation options, including the ability to book a ferry to HKG airport, making travel hassle-free.

This hotel provides an exceptional luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the stunning views are breathtaking with a great swimming pool and spa centre.
The hotel could improve on their shuttle service as they do not have a shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. it would be great to have brand name toiletries in the rooms to add a touch of luxury.
